Welcome to our Lost Ark Sharpshooter guide! We’ll cover everything you need to know about playing the class in PvE content.
Coming in as a Gunner advanced class, the Sharpshooter is your go-to option for long-ranged combat, as well as using a bow. It’s the only class in the game (so far) that has a bow and a stealth mechanic, so if you’re into either of those things, it may be your best bet.
Sharpshooter Leveling Guide
Leveling in Lost Ark is more of a tutorial for the class than anything else and you will have a fairly smooth experience doing just about anything. However, with that being said, there are a few things you can do to optimize your leveling experience.
To maximize damage while leveling, you should focus all your skill points on the following skills:
- Blade Storm
- Charged Shot
- Claymore Mine
- Arrow Shower
- Sharp Shooter
- Moving Slash (for mobility)
While these are the recommended skills, you can level up with just about anything. The most important thing for Sharpshooter is that you pick one good AoE and one good single target skill, which will allow you to take down all forms of enemies quickly.
Best Sharpshooter PvE Engravings and Stat Priority
The Sharpshooter is a well balanced class, with two unique and powerful class-specific engravings. They both work in tandem with each other, meaning you can use the same general engravings and build with either class-specific option and the only thing you’ll have to change is your stat priority.
Sharpshooter’s class-specific engravings are: Loyal Companion and Death Strike. Loyal Companion focuses on the class identity, improving party movement speed, as well as the effect of your pet, the Silverhawk. Death strike, meanwhile, empowers the Last Rush skill, increasing damage taken by anyone hit by it.
Both are very effective and can share the same build, so it’s really up to you which one you want to play.
Loyal Companion stat priority: Crit and Spec (at a 70/30 ratio)
Death Strike stat priority: Crit and Spec (at a 70/30 ratio)
Best Sharpshooter Engravings (For both builds)
- Grudge
- Loyal Companion / Death Strike
- Keen Blunt Weapon
- Cursed Doll
- Awakening
- Raid Captain
Sharpshooter Chaos Dungeon, Cube & Raid Tripods and Skill Builds
As we mentioned, Sharpshooter can simply use one build for the majority of PvE content. This is mainly due to the fact that there isn’t much viable skill diversity – some skills just vastly outperform others, to a point where there isn’t really any point using many of the classes’ skills.
There are a few different builds with slight adjustments, but we’ve put together a good all rounder that will see you through all the game’s PvE content. It has a good focus on both AoE and single target damage, as well as a good amount of burst. Make sure to use Golden Eye as your Awakening skill.

Best Sharpshooter PvE Combos
In Lost Ark, skills combo together to create a powerful chain of moves that is much more effective than using each move individually. As such, there will be a huge damage difference between players who know how to get the most out of their class, and those who don’t.
That being said, most fights are very dynamic, so you won’t always be able to complete your full combo, as surviving should be the key focus. Still, here’s how a rotation can look for Sharpshooter:
General Sharpshooter Combo
- Deadly Slash
- Blade Storm
- Rapid Shot
- Arrow Wave
- Sharp Shooter
- Snipe
- Charged Shot
- Moving Slash (for mobility)
