All of the armor, weapons, and jewelry in New World have an Affix system. The affix on your gear tells you the primary and secondary attributes of that piece. Our New World Gear Affix Chart will help you figure out the names of each affix and the Attributes they have.
For example, if a piece of armor contains the word “Knight” as the affix then the armor will have Constitution as the primary attribute bonus and Strength as the secondary attribute bonus. The same holds true for weapons and jewelry.
In Addition, It is important to note that the Affixes that carry two Attributes usually have an uneven split. The Primary Attribute will carry more stats. For example, a 600-piece of “Knight” armor would have 15 Constitution and 10 Strength. A 600 Knight Weapon will have 20 Constitution and 10 Strength.
