New World Season 2: Blood of the Sands is scheduled to release on July 6, 2023. Along with season 2 there will be another season pass for players to progress. The season 2 season pass contains new cosmetics, transmog tokens, titles, and in game gear.
Just like season 1 there will be both a free and premium reward track for New World season 2. The free reward track is available to all players. The premium reward track offers the ability to earn extra rewards. However, it costs 20,000 marks of fortune or roughly $20. It should be noted that if you purchase the premium track you will progress both the free and premium tracks simultaneously.
The below information lists what you can expect to receive from each level of the New World season 2 season pass.

New World Season 2 Premium Rewards
Each premium reward chest has a chance to roll various items when you open it. The Premium Welcome Chest and Premium Champion’s Chest both contain 1 piece of the Legendary Seasonal Armor skin, 1 standard Legendary Weapon, and 1 piece of standard Jewelry. These three rewards are identical to the ones found in the Premium Armor, Weapon, and Jewelry Chests and share the same odds.

New World Season 2: Other Season Pass Info
Once New World season 2 is over progress can not be made on that season pass any longer. However, if you’re running out of time to complete the season pass and still want the rewards you can purchase season pass levels with mars of fortune in order to complete the pass.
If you purchase the Head Start Pass (30,000 Marks of Fortune) you will gain +20 levels to your current level. You can purchase this before making any progress and start off at level 20. Or for example if you are level 40 and purchase the Head Start Pass, it will jump your progress and rewards instantly to level 60.
Once you hit level 81 you can longer purchase 20 levels at a time. However, you can purchase individual levels for 1,000 marks of fortune per level. This will allow you purchase the entire season pass if you desire.
It should also be noted that the season pass will work across all of your characters in the same region. However, your progress will not transfer if you switch regions.
